I have never done a food post before, and well this is my first and i am very glad to spread the good news about fruits.
Strawberry, apples, pineapples, orange, melons, pawpaws, banana, water melons, mangoes, grapes, cherries.....
(deep breath) so many wonderful fruits to choose from, so i don't think you wouldn't have any excuse not to like this.
Before bed at night, i prepare a lovely fruit salad with any fruit i can lay my hand on and take it down my throat with a glass of water while reading CHARIOT OF THE GODS ,you can buy it from jumia here, a def must read .(every day). It helps me relax, it helps my metabolic system, it helps with my flawless skin(yes i admit it,lol), it helps me keep fit, and each time i take a bowl of fruit salad, i always have a good feeling i accomplished something, try it.
Its not easy adapting this habit, you know, choosing fruits over chicken n chips, but it is worth it at the end.

Thats a very healthy way to end the day. And a great way to drink some water if you haven't had enough. :)
