Strawberry, apples, pineapples, orange, melons, pawpaws, banana, water melons, mangoes, grapes, cherries.....
(deep breath) so many wonderful fruits to choose from, so i don't think you wouldn't have any excuse not to like this.
Before bed at night, i prepare a lovely fruit salad with any fruit i can lay my hand on and take it down my throat with a glass of water while reading CHARIOT OF THE GODS ,you can buy it from jumia here, a def must read .(every day). It helps me relax, it helps my metabolic system, it helps with my flawless skin(yes i admit it,lol), it helps me keep fit, and each time i take a bowl of fruit salad, i always have a good feeling i accomplished something, try it.
Its not easy adapting this habit, you know, choosing fruits over chicken n chips, but it is worth it at the end.
